We have an in-house legal team and also work with outside attorneys and leading law firms. We provide our clients with the following legal services.
Preparing contractual documents in Czech and English (reservation agreement, future purchase agreement, purchase agreement, application for registration in the Cadastre of Real Estate per the purchase agreement, purchase price escrow account)
Arranging escrow accounts, attorney or notary deposits (attorney deposits with a cooperating attorney are included in the commission)
Preparation of the application for the registration of the ownership title and payment of the administrative fee for the transfer of the ownership title
Delivering all the necessary documents to the Cadastre of Real Estate
